Framed
structure:
Reinforced concrete frame in accordance with the new Cyprus standards filled in
with hollow clay bricks or reinforced concrete walls.
Concrete or wooden roof covered with clay tiles (French Sle) as shown
on the architectural drawings.
Walls:
External: Hollow bricks 20 cm thick.
Internal: Hollow bricks 10 cm thick.
Wall Finishes:
External: the exterior surface in covered with two layer of cement
mortar-grafiato, or sprits.
Internal: three coats of plaster finished with emulsion paint.
Flour finishes
wall covering:
All ground floor areas entrance, living/dining room, kitchen, o.k.
bathroom will be finished with ceramic tiles 8 pounds per square
meter(CY pound). Bedrooms will be finished with laminate parke 11
pounds per square meter(CY pound). External verandas will be covered
with ceramic tiles 8 pounds per square meter(CY pound). Inside bathroom
- toilets walls covered with ceramic tiles up to door height 8 pounds
per square meter(CY pound). Walls between bench tops and cupboards
covered with ceramic tiles 8 pounds per square meter(CY pound).
Carpentry and
joinery:
Main entrance solid pain wood. Internal doors hollow type covered with
M.D.F. panel with wooden veneer.
Bedroom wardrobes 18mm M.D.F. panels with wooden veneer.
Kitchen cupboards 18mm M.D.F. panels with wooden veneer.
Aluminium
works External doors and windows:
All external doors and windows will be made of aluminium wooden colour
sliding type double glassed.
Kitchen door will be opening type.
Metal Works:
External balustrades, gates will be made of metal hollow profile
according to standard drawings.
Interior balustrades will be made of aluminium according to standard
design.
Sanitary
Fitting:
All sanitary fittings (baths, showers, w.c. wash) basin best quality
white coloured.
Kitchen sink - stainless steel.
Electrical
Installation TV-Telephone:
All electrical works will be according to EAC CYTA regulations and
electrical plans.
Light fitting will be provided by the clients.
Plumbing and
Drainage system:
All plumbing will be carried out with P.V.C pipes. A cold water storage
tank of one tone will be
installed.
Solar panels.
Boundary
walls:
Around every house will be boundary wall.
The construction of the boundaries will be made of materials approved
by authorities - as shown on
the architectural plans.
