Souni Evergreen
The areas main characteristic is the conservation of the pine forest. Souni is an expanding area with a current planned total of approximately 5,000 new homes. It has attracted many developers resulting in the construction of different style of dwelling most of which are finished either or not in part with local stone. As Souni expands the local infrastructure will develop to provide the facilities required by the growing population.
